1 - Pour biological drain cleaner: First, you will pour from 200ml to 500ml depending on the level of blockage and pipe length.

2 - Wait for a while: Leave the product in the drain for a few hours to overnight (depending on the instructions), so that microorganisms can decompose organic waste.

3 - Pour hot water: After leaving the product in the drain long enough, boil some hot water (not too boiling) and slowly pour it into the drain. Hot water helps soften the dirt, grease and helps microorganisms work more strongly.

4 - Flush with water: Finally, flush with water to flush away the decomposed waste and clean the pipe.

Note:
Water temperature: Avoid using water that is too hot (over 70°C) because it can kill microorganisms in the biological drain cleaner.

Do not use boiling water: Using hot water around 50-60°C is suitable to support decomposition without damaging the pipes.
